Terms & Conditions

• 1. Your dog will live in the house as part of the family.

• 2. I understand that Pampered Paws has resident Ducks in an enclosure in the Garden and a cockatiel cadged in the House,           Pampered Paws will introduce my dog to them in a calm way that will allow our animals to get used to them 

3.I understand Pampered Paws reserves the right to not have my dog board with them if my dog doesn’t fit into the family home.

4. Pampered Paws have spare towels, bedding, bowls, and toys however, I understand that it is encouraged that I provide these     for my dog’s stay.

5.I have provided written instructions for feeding arrangements for my dog. I understand that I need to provide the food for my        dog.

6.I understand that if Pampered Paws runs out of the food I provided, that I will be charged for a replacement bag of food & will      talk to me about if the food I provided is starting to run low.

7. I understand that I need to provide any medication / supplements my dog needs, as well as clear, written instructions on when     to give them. Pampered Paws cannot be held responsible for any complications arising as a result.

8.I understand that my dog will go out on regular  walks through the day. 

9.I understand and agree that my Booking to be paid for 14 days before the beginning of the Boarding

10.If you cancel your home boarding between 10 days and 48 hours before the start date of the booking you will be charged 

     50%. If you cancel within 48 hours of the booking you will be fully charged for the booking.

11. I understand that Pampered Paws requires a copy of the dog’s vaccination records.

12. I understand it is my responsibility to make sure my dog is in good health and up to date with flea, worm and tick treatments.

13. I understand that Fife Doggy Homecare is not qualified to provide any medical or vaccination advice.

14. When the weather is extremely hot Pampered Paws reserves the right to not walk your dog when it is too hot and dangerous       to do so. 

15. Pampered Paws will be in touch to discuss alternatives for helping your dog keep cool, comfortable, and entertained when           this weather is forecasted.

16 Walks will be normal for rain, wind, ice, and snow unless the weather makes travelling unsafe for your dog and the walker

Meet and Greet Policy

This is an obligation from Fife Council. 

It will be held at Beverage Park, unless arranged otherwise. 

This is an excellent way for Pampered Paws to meet your dog and learn more about what the owner's wishes are and to learn more about your dog. 

Pampered Paws will not take a dog on unless there has been a meet and greet beforehand
